Complete the online Financial Assistance Application during one of the scheduled Application Thursdays.
Receive Confirmation
After submitting your application, you'll receive an automatic confirmation email letting you know it was successfully received. This email is not an approval or appointment notice.
Application Review
If we believe we may be able to assist, we will contact you by phone or email within 10 days to schedule an appointment.
